Support & communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you submit (including attachments and contact details). We also collect engagement data about emails, messages, and notifications (e.g., opens, clicks)..
Surveys, promotions.If you participate in surveys, contests, or sweepstakes, you may provide responses and contact info.

- Location: we may derive approximate location from IP. If you opt in, we may access precise location (e.g., to help verify your address or tag Content).
- Cookies & similar tech: we use essential cookies and limited first-party analytics to operate and improve the Services. You can control cookies in your browser or device settings.

- Contacts uploaded by Members (names/emails/phone/addresses) to invite contacts or show who’s already on Mayberry.

We share information with partners and vendors that help us operate, support, personalize, secure, and market the Services (e.g., hosting, cloud, analytics, anti-abuse, communications). They are contractually limited to using data to provide services to us.

- Cookies & Tracking (US-only). We use only essential cookies and limited first-party analytics to operate and improve the Services. We do not currently use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, or run retargeting. You can control cookies via your browser or device settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. If our use of cookies or advertising practices changes, we will update this Policy.
- Identity Display on Content. You control whether you post under your real name or a semi-anonymous identifier (e.g., “Preston Hollow Resident”). We do not display your street address or contact information with posts, comments, or likes—only your chosen display identity.
- Home Profile. If you claim a Home Profile, the property’s street address appears on the profile and your real name is shown as the profile owner. We do not display your email address or phone number on the Home Profile. The property address shown on a Home Profile is the property’s address and may be sourced from public records (e.g., assessor or parcel data); it may differ from your mailing address.
- Access/Download (by request). Email contact@mayberryapp.com from your account email to request a portable copy of your personal information and content you created. We’ll verify your request and send it in a common format.
- Marketing. Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
